Bekker Music was founded by Albertus Bekker, a luthier with 25 years' experience in repairing, restoring and setup of the instruments of the violin family. Albertus was trained in Europe and can perform the specialised repairs on all levels of instruments, from fractional sized student instruments to the most demanding soloist instruments. Past clients include Joshua Bekker, Rachel Lee Priday, Zanta Hofmeyr, Serge Cuca and Maretha Uys.
